Gear shift Force Sensor
Gear Shift Force Sensor is used to monitor the force applied by the user to change the gear of a automobile.
This sensor mounts directly onto the gear lever and is two axial transducer which gives reading in Fx and Fy Directions.
It can be used in various applications apart from automobile gear shifts.
Available with capacities ranging from 100N to 2000N.
Load Cell
A load cell is a type of force transducer. It converts force exerted on the load cell, such as tension, compression, or pressure, into an electrical signal. The strength of the signal is directly proportional to the force applied.
At NVTS we provide customised loadcell to meet your test rquirements.
These loadcells comes with calibration certificates.

Customized Load washers
Load washers are used for Determination of the torque-tension relationship for a threaded fastener allowing the appropriate tightening torque to be determined. Such tests will allow the nut factor (sometimes referred to as the torque coefficient or k factor) to be determined. and the overall coefficient of friction. By completing several similar tests, the variation in the torque-tension relationship, due to friction variation, can be established for an application.
NVTS's Inhouse designed and Manufactured Load Washers are compact in design and comes with calibration certificate.

Reactive Torque Sensor
A reaction transducer has two mounting flanges. One face is fixed to ground or a rigid structural member and the other to the rotating or rotary element.
Rotation generates shear forces between the flanges. S. Himmelstein and Company measures these forces with precision strain gages.
These incorporate wire that responds to being stretched or compressed with strand small changes in electrical resistance.
While the change is subtle, it can be detected effectively in a reaction torque sensor by incorporating four gages into a Wheatstone Bridge arrangement.
Bolt Tightening Torque Sensor
Bolt Tightening Torque Sensor-Socket primarily used to measure the output torque of clutch type nut runners in production fastening operations.
Customized Torque Flange
At NVTS we design and manufacture the Customized Torque Flange, Sensor as per application, customer requirement.
Bolt Strain Gauging
At NVTS we provide strain gauged bolts, Gauging service as per customer requirement.These gauges are used for measurement of tensile strain of bolt.
They are simply inserted into pre-drilled hole in the bolt with exclusive adhesives.
This method is recommendable when an ordinary strain gauges can not be mounted on the bolt surface.
Accurate tensile force measurement is possible by calibrating the bolt after installing the bolt gauges.
